Turnkey treatment cell: enclosed housing, Cartesian robot and plasma source
Enclosed cell at the station

Turnkey cell

Complete station

A closed cell with robot, plasma source and safety built in. You program a path once, the station repeats it exactly.

1 to 4

Cartesian robot axes

A5, A4, A3

Treated area

300 mm/s

Maximum speed

20 progr., 200 points

Internal memory, unlimited via PC

Configuration

Robot with 1 to 3 axes, with or without integrated plasma. The development bench, for when the path is still an unknown.

For repeatable treatment you can prove

A run that must be repeatable

The path is programmed, stored and replayed. The setting becomes data, not know-how.

Treatment done by hand today

Differences between operators disappear, and unexplained scrap with them.

A machine safety requirement

Closed enclosure, interlocked door, built-in extraction: ozone and exposure are handled.

Source, motion and safety in one station

The Cartesian robot moves the source along a linear, circular or rotary path. The station stores it and replays it without drift.

Three levels follow your project: the flexible cell to find the settings, the compact cell for pre-series, the complete cell for production.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know whether this equipment suits my part?

Send us the part. We treat it in our Québec City laboratory. Within 48 hours you get the surface energy before and after, the settings used, and a frank opinion if plasma is not the right answer.

Has my material already been treated?

Materials qualified in the laboratory: [x]. Yours is not listed? That is the most common case. Send us three samples: a measured answer within 48 hours.

Can it be rented before buying?

Yes. You test the equipment on site, with your parts and your operators, before investing. Terms: [x].

What documents do you provide for a customer audit?

The process file: plasma settings, measurement methods, results on your parts and procedures. For regulated markets, it follows your sector's requirements.

And if no configuration fits?

We then design a custom reactor, matched to your material and your throughput. See the custom reactors →

To compare, or to complete

Compact plasma torch Precise area

Compact torch

A nozzle that blows plasma straight onto the area to be treated, a few millimetres from the part. The most common way to activate a precise area.

Powders and granulates

Specialised stations

Some materials cannot be treated like a part: a powder requires every grain to pass through the plasma, in line and with no manual intervention.

Treated sample held in the hand, surface energy check in the laboratory The complement

Test inks

A treatment you do not measure is not a process. The calibrated ink tells you in seconds whether the surface has passed the target threshold.

Wide-width plasma curtain Wide web

Plasma curtain

A continuous curtain across a full width, for panels, sheets or webs on the move. Seven working widths from 60 to 500 mm.

Thin-film deposition station Film deposition

Deposition station

When activating is no longer enough: a 1 to 300 nm functional film deposited by atmospheric plasma, anti-corrosion or anti-scratch depending on the precursor.

Large-format surface plasma source Whole surface

Surface source

A discharge spread across the whole electrode, treating flat parts and flexible films uniformly. No sweeping, so no over-treated band.
